The Chaser was part of a family of cars, including the Mark II and Cresta, with the Chaser specifically designed as a sporty, pillarless hardtop. It was a competitor in the Japanese market to models like the Nissan Skyline and Mazda Cosmo.
With 2 doors, and 5 seats, and is part of the larger family of Japanese Mark II, Chaser and Cresta sedans known for their sporty driving characteristics, luxury features, and rear-wheel-drive configuration.
This particular model was imported earlier this year as a grade 3.5 car and has since had some light paint corrections and paint repair. It is now currently awaiting a light underside rub down and clear underseal. We have been using this car over summer and it has attended a few shows as far afield as Goodwood, and it drives really well.
Its now sat on some period Watanabe wheels and we are in the process of getting a new dash top trimmed.
