Adam was brilliant, transparent and very helpful. His want to provide excellent service is truly commendable. Adam was also happy to answer questions as quickly as possible, which isn't always the easiest thing to do with Japanese Imports. Adam has been excellent throughout the whole importing process, making it seamless and stress free for me. He was always easily contactable and gave regular updates on the progress of the car. I purchased the Pearl White V70 about 6 weeks ago with much apprehenion paying a deposit without viewing while on holiday. The car far extended my expectations.  It's in stunning condition and runs beautifully. Adam from Origin is a really honest and nice guy.  It's refreshing to find someone honest in the motor trade. He delivered the car from Wales to my home in Dorset.  He was sure to make sure I understood what my rights as a buyer.  He talked me through the warranty and answered and questions I had, very honestly. Since having the Volvo I have been complimented several time and have told them to take a snap of the bottom of the number plate with his company name. Not sure where I start! Adam is fantastic, very helpful with everything and offers great advice. Adam is great with communication and is always willing to help. Bought a Subaru Impreza WRX-S.
